FILLETS HAD A SMALL AMOUNT OF GRAINY BLACK SUBSTANCE ON PARTS OF THE SURFACE. HOWEVER THERE WAS NO AROMA OF PEPPER AND THE BLACK SUBSTANCE WAS PRESENT IN SUCH SMALL QUANTITIESTHAT ONLY VERY SMALL AREAS WERE VISIBLE ON THE SURFACE OF THE MEAT WITH LITTLE OR NO COVERAGE. A FULL PANEL SENSORY TASTE TEST DID NOT DETECT ANY FLAVOUR OF SEASONING IN THE COOKED PRODUCT.
